Short answer: SaasAnt Transactions is a bulk tool: it imports, exports, modifies and deletes QuickBooks Online and Xero transactions in volume.1 LedgerMedic is a diagnostic: it scans one QuickBooks Online file for money stuck in Undeposited Funds and Unapplied Cash Payment Income and repairs the source transaction. The manual fix first
- Open the Undeposited Funds register and sort by date. Each line is money received but not yet banked in QuickBooks.
- Match each line to a real bank deposit; group the matches into a Deposit (+ New → Bank deposit).
- Resolve any unapplied payments by applying them to the right invoice, or converting them to a Sales Receipt.
- Check the Profit and Loss for Unapplied Cash Payment Income and confirm it is zero or explained.

- You need bulk import from spreadsheets, or receipt and document scanning into QuickBooks.1
- You work in Xero as well as QuickBooks Online. LedgerMedic is QuickBooks Online only.
- You already know which transactions to change and want volume handling.
When LedgerMedic is the better choice
- You first need the number: how many payments are stuck in Undeposited Funds and how many sit in Unapplied Cash Payment Income.
