Undeposited Funds Checker: How Many Payments Are Stuck?

Paste the contents of your Undeposited Funds register below (one payment per line: date, amount, optional customer). You get a count of stuck payments, their age buckets, the total dollars involved and the oldest item. This tool is free with no signup and no item limit, and it works entirely in your browser.
Accepted dates: YYYY-MM-DD or M/D/YYYY. Commas, tabs or pipes between columns. Dollar signs and thousands separators are fine. Lines it cannot read are listed, never silently dropped.
How to get the list out of QuickBooks Online by hand
- In QuickBooks Online, open Accounting → Chart of accounts and find Undeposited Funds. Choose View register (or Run report).
- Sort by date, oldest first. Every line still in the register is money received but not yet grouped into a bank deposit.
- Copy the date, amount and customer columns, or export the report to Excel and copy from there, then paste above.
- Anything the checker flags as 30 days or older is a payment worth chasing: match it to the real bank deposit and group it into a Deposit (+ New → Bank deposit, tick the payment under “Select the payments included in this deposit”).

What this tool does and does not check
It applies one rule set: how long each payment has been sitting. That is the same age logic LedgerMedic's scanner uses (7 and 30 day thresholds, positive amounts only). It cannot see whether a payment is linked to a deposit with a mismatched amount, whether a duplicate exists, or whether a journal entry has been posted against Unapplied Cash Payment Income, because those need the actual QuickBooks data.
