About LedgerMedic
Built by F & S Ventures LLC
LedgerMedic started from a narrow, specific frustration: Undeposited Funds and Unapplied Cash Payment Income are two of the most common ways a QuickBooks Online company's books quietly drift out of sync with reality, and the usual "fix" is a bookkeeper or accountant manually hunting through transactions every month, or worse, a journal entry that papers over the symptom without resolving the actual unapplied payment underneath.
That second pattern is what convinced us this was worth building. Once you've seen a company file where the same mis-posted payment gets "corrected" with a journal entry every single month, permanently distorting the P&L a little more each time, it's clear the problem isn't a one-off mistake. It's a workflow gap. LedgerMedic exists to close that gap: find exactly why an issue exists, explain it in plain English, and fix the source transaction itself, never mask it.
How we think about trust
We're asking you to connect real accounting data and, eventually, let software touch your books. We don't take that lightly:
- Every fix is previewed before it's applied, and snapshotted before and after. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we store and why.
- Scanning and root-cause explanations are free forever, with no card required, so you can evaluate the whole detection engine before ever paying us anything.
- We never use a journal entry to hide an issue. The only journal-entry action LedgerMedic ever takes is reversing a previous bad journal-entry fix, and that always requires your explicit approval.
- You're in control of automation: Detect Only, Suggest Fix, and One-Click modes let you decide how much you trust the tool with, and you can change your mind at any time.
