Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These Terms govern your use of LedgerMedic. By creating an account or connecting a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to them.
The service
LedgerMedic connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's authorized API to scan for Undeposited Funds and Unapplied Cash Payment Income issues, explain their cause, and write corrections back to your QuickBooks company, but only with your approval or under an automation threshold you configure.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the authority to connect the QuickBooks company you link to LedgerMedic.
- You're responsible for reviewing previews before approving a fix. LedgerMedic shows you exactly what will change before it changes it.
- If you enable One-Click mode, you're responsible for the confidence threshold you set and the fixes it authorizes automatically.
No financial or accounting advice
LedgerMedic identifies bookkeeping data-integrity issues and applies corrections you approve. It does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice, and does not replace a licensed accountant's judgment on matters requiring one.
Plans and pricing
Connecting QuickBooks and scanning is always free, with no limit. Every account also gets a lifetime allowance of free guided fixes; once that's used, issues remain visible but fix guidance requires a paid subscription. Current plan details are on our pricing page. We will never charge a card without your explicit action to subscribe.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from within the app; you'll keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Disclaimer of warranty
LedgerMedic is provided "as is." While every write to QuickBooks is preceded by a preview and, outside One-Click mode, requires your explicit confirmation, you remain responsible for reviewing changes to your financial records.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerMedic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may disconnect QuickBooks and stop using LedgerMedic at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
